The Divine Crash

Dear Jesus, Thanksgiving is over, the leftovers are gone, and the calories hiding around my waist are the only reminder of the pecan pie.  Yet, there are people all over the world that haven’t eaten in weeks.  There are people next door, down the street, around the block, and around the world that have no idea where their next meal is coming from.  Be with them. Nourish them. Send to them those who have plenty.  We lift to you those of us who have more than enough, drive our hearts to a mission of service to help others around us. May we never be satisfied until we share our food and our love with others in the name of You. – Amen
