The Divine Crash

This week I did not preach.  We had a member of our congregation preach.  I believe that all people of the church can do all jobs of the church so there is no reason to stop someone else from preaching. My job is to enable them to follow their call.  How has your congregation enabled the laity to lead? Do you believe that you are the only person who can lead? Does your congregation believe the pastor is the only one who can lead?  Unless everyone can lead the church will never grow to its full potential.

What are your thoughts? What makes someone qualified to lead? Are you qualified to leave? Why? Why not?

If God has called you then you are qualified.  If God has not called you then you are not qualified.

So what has God called you to?
