The Divine Crash

Dear Jesus, another Sunday has arrived. Give grace to those leaders who doubt their calling.  Give wisdom to those leaders who need to quit but won’t.  Energize those leaders who feel burned out.  Burn out those leaders who need a break.  May their flock know that their leader isn’t perfect but is following a perfect God just like them.  May You shine through the stubbornness, greed, and arrogance of leaders who have “figured God out.” – Amen
